Our hempcrete walls lock away more carbon than is produced in construction and everyday use. Combined with solar panels and air-source heat pump capability, our homes are capable of running on 100% green energy.
Developed in France in the 1980s, Hempcrete combines hemp hurd with a lime binder. It is breathable, insulating and naturally mould-resistant, locking around 100kg of CO2 per cubic metre while providing thermal mass and excellent air tightness.
Pearson Way, Neath — coming soon: a collection of 8 homes with four 4-bedroom detached houses and four 2-bedroom semi-detached houses. Llynfi Court, Maesteg — sold: a one-of-a-kind 6-bedroom low-energy family home of around 3,000 sq ft.
